What You'll Be Doing

• Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to HVAC Service Technicians
• Assist junior technicians with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and technical development
• Support ongoing training initiatives for both new and experienced team members
• Serve as a technical resource for field staff during service calls
• Help maintain high standards for customer service, workmanship, and efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership to improve technician performance and department operations
• Ride along with technicians as needed to provide coaching and support
• Promote a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced HVAC system issues
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Strong customer service mindset and professionalism
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented approach

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Comfortable working on ladders and in varying job site conditions
• Strong understanding of job site safety and proper tool usage
• Flexibility to assist during occasional evenings or weekends when needed
