Zeto Verified LLC is seeking energetic, self-motivated individuals to help expand our network of owner-operators and small trucking companies.
This is an active, field-based role that combines in-person networking with online recruiting. You'll spend time visiting truck stops, repair shops, fuel stations, transportation hubs, CDL schools, and other trucking-related locations while also promoting Zeto through social media, trucking forums, and online communities.

Compensation

Responsibilities
- Recruit owner-operators and small trucking companies to join Zeto
- Visit truck stops, transportation hubs, repair facilities, and trucking events
- Post and promote opportunities in Facebook groups, online forums, and social media platforms
- Distribute flyers, business cards, and promotional materials
- Educate prospective carriers on Zeto's services and opportunities
- Assist carriers through the onboarding process
- Build and maintain relationships with recruited carriers
- Track referrals and follow up with prospects
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with truck drivers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Basic social media and online posting experience
- Reliable transportation
- Trucking, dispatch, freight brokerage, or logistics experience is a plus but not required
