Position Summary
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and assembling high-quality Mexican food items, especially tacos, while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and speed during service.
Key Responsibilities
Warm tortillas and prepare taco ingredients according to recipes and standards
Assemble and garnish food with excellent presentation
Maintain food quality, freshness, and cleanliness standards
Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience required
Knowledge of Mexican cuisine, specifically tacos preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ideal for part-time or additional hours
