We are seeking Qualified Refrigeration Tech’s/ HVAC’s looking to join the DeltaFM team on a Full-Time basis. Permanent Ongoing works available. You’ll be joining a small, established maintenance team at either at Telfer, FIFO from Perth or DIDO for local applicants. There will be other Refrigeration Techncians on site to assist in maintaining this 1200 room village. The positions are available with immediate start.

$141,950 Gross Per Year + Allowances + Super

THE POSITION

• Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
• Planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, cleaning, fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units
• Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
• Prioritising works & meet rectification deadlines
• Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Nominee Allowance, Leading Hand Allowance if applicable.

THE PERSON

• Full ARCTICK Licence & WA Restricted Electrical Licence
• Current Australian Drivers Licence, White Card
• Current CPR + LVR, Police Check within 12 months
• Medical within 12 months
• Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
• Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters
