·         High school diploma or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Prepare paper records for scanning and digital conversion

·         Remove staples, clips, bindings, and organize files for processing

·         Barcode and label files accurately

·         Perform data entry and indexing into company software systems

·         Verify document accuracy and completeness

·         Organize records according to client specifications

·         Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

·         Assist with records storage and retrieval projects

·         Follow company procedures and quality-control standards

·         Report project progress and issues to management/owners as required

·         All other duties as assigned
