Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Filevine Database Administrator to support and enhance a legal case management environment in Englewood, Colorado. This role partners closely with technology, legal, and operations teams to ensure the platform is reliable, efficient, and aligned with day-to-day business needs.Administer the Filevine platform, including system settings, access controls, field configuration, and workflow setupMaintain and optimize templates, task structures, and deadline-related processesManage user accounts, access changes, and licensingSupport integrations with external applications in partnership with vendors and technical teamsTroubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution for more complex technical challengesIdentify and implement system and process improvements to enhance usability and efficiencyDeliver user training and develop clear, practical documentationPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and promote best practices• At least 3 years of experience administering Filevine or a comparable legal case management platform.• Proven background in system administration, including workflow design, permissions management, and platform configuration.• Experience supporting software integrations, automation efforts, or connected business systems.• Strong ability to work across technical and non-technical teams while managing priorities and coordinating deliverables.• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain system functionality to end users in an accessible way.• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in diagnosing platform or process-related issues.• Familiarity with legal operations, law firm environments, or the lifecycle of legal matters is preferred.• Experience developing training materials, user documentation, or change enablement resources is a plus.
