Requirement/Must Have: - Exceptional organization skills and a demonstrated ability to break large projects down into smaller tasks.
- Previous experience with document management, library science, or clerical work.
- Ability to sort and file forms in alphabetical, numerical, or chronological order.
- Ability to strictly adhere to data protection regulations.
- Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Ability to adhere to organizational rules, regulations, and policies including EEO, anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, and anti-retaliation policies.
Responsibilities:
- Perform document filing and organization.
- Organize, maintain, and secure physical records.
- Review and file employee records into preexisting folders.
- Verify each folder is organized according to SOPs.
- Order files numerically, by ID badge number.
- Create and label new folders with employee information as needed.
- Identify and remove folders of inactive employees using provided information.
- Prepare folders of inactive employees for offsite storage by moving them into labeled boxes.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Record the inventory of each box designated for offsite storage using a spreadsheet template.
- Perform related duties and projects as assigned.
