Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Office Filing Clerk to assist with document organization and record-keeping in a professional office setting. This temporary role will last between 1 to 6 months, depending on business needs.
Responsibilities:
Sort, organize, and file paper and digital documents accurately
Maintain an efficient filing system for easy document retrieval
Label and categorize files according to office procedures
Assist with scanning, copying, and data entry as needed
Retrieve and re-file documents as requested by staff
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform light administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and follow filing procedures
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and scanning software)
Ability to lift and move file boxes (up to 20 lbs.)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, standard office hours (exact schedule may vary)
Part-time or Full-time
Location: Mount Vernon, WAPay: $17.50 per hourDuration: 1 to 6 months
