Filler Operator Pay: $20.00/hr
Shift: 1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm
Location: Homewood, IL
Responsibilities
- Operate filling, labeling, and packaging equipment.
- Fill containers according to batch specifications and production schedules.
- Use a scale to verify product information, fill weights, labels, and packaging accuracy.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance.
- Complete production documentation and batch records.
- Clean equipment and maintain a safe, organized work area.
- Assist with material handling and movement of finished goods.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.
- Experience in ink, paint, chemical, or liquid manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
