Filler Operator

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Filler Operator for a client in Hudson. This position is responsible for performing a variety of production and assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will be able to follow work instructions, maintain quality standards, and work effectively as part of a team. Pay of $18hrEssential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, packaging, and production tasks according to established procedures.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues to supervisors.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure production requirements are met.
• Accurately complete basic production documentation and data entry as required.
• Use basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and decimals, to complete job duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the production process.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including addition, subtraction, and decimals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a warehouse or production floor environment.
