    Job Description

    FILLER/SEAMER/PACKER OPERATOR
    This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining filling, seamer and packer equipment to ensure high-quality beverage products are produced safely and efficiently.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Operate and monitor filler, seamer and packing equipment during production runs
    • Perform routine equipment adjustments and minor troubleshooting
    • Conduct quality checks to ensure product and packaging standards are met
    • Complete production documentation accurately
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and safety standards
    • Assist with changeovers, sanitation, CIP and preventative maintenance activities
    • Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
     
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Manufacturing experience preferred
    • Experience operating filler, seamer, packaging, or bottling/canning equipment is a plus
    • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
