Join MTRON as a Filter Engineering Technician and become part of a team supporting advanced electronic and RF products for the defense and aerospace industries. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to support the development, testing, troubleshooting, and production of RF filter products. Position Summary:
The function of this position is to set-up, test, align and troubleshoot LC filters, cavity filters, tubular filters, crystal filters and any other filter topologies or electronic products the company may decide to pursue. This person will also be able to mentor and assist other technicians by helping them find, understand and solve problems. Work with engineers in implementing and troubleshooting new filter prototypes. Compiles and analyzes data and records with regard to test results, and changes made on prototypes.
