In a Production Assembler job, you’ll be responsible for:
Product Assembly: Assembling assigned product components according to established production guidelines.
Technical Preparation: Reviewing assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to ensure proper tools and materials are used.
Quality Verification: Positioning parts using templates and precise measurements to confirm correct fit and specifications.
Problem Solving: Adjusting dimensions and resolving assembly issues to meet final product requirements.
Documentation & Inventory: Maintaining accurate production and quality records while monitoring inventory needs.
Safety & Maintenance: Following all safety procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
Physical Ability: High dexterity and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and measurements.
Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
