Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Night Shift Differential: Additional $2.00 per hour
Total Starting Night Shift Pay: $27.00 per hour

Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking an experienced Fin Shop Operator / Lead for a night-shift manufacturing opportunity in Tulsa. This position supports daily fin shop operations, maintains production workflow, and helps ensure manufactured components meet established quality and production standards.

Candidates must have previous Fin Shop experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. Previous lead or supervisory experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate has strong production knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate workflow while supporting other team members.

Starting pay is $25.00/hour, plus an additional $2.00/hour night-shift differential, bringing total starting compensation to $27.00/hour. Higher base pay may be considered depending on relevant experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support daily fin shop production operations

  • Perform assigned fin shop operating responsibilities

  • Coordinate production workflow

  • Monitor production activities throughout the shift

  • Assist team members with production requirements

  • Help maintain established production schedules

  • Support consistent product quality

  • Identify production delays or workflow concerns

  • Communicate production issues to appropriate personnel

  • Assist with organizing daily production priorities

  • Monitor completed work for quality concerns

  • Help ensure production requirements are followed

  • Maintain clean and organized work areas

  • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

  • Support team productivity and efficiency

  • Perform additional fin shop and production duties as assigned

Fin Shop Operations

Candidates must have previous experience working in a fin shop environment.

Depending on assigned equipment and production requirements, responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting fin manufacturing operations

  • Monitoring production processes

  • Handling applicable fin shop materials

  • Following production specifications

  • Maintaining consistent production output

  • Identifying obvious product defects

  • Supporting equipment operation

  • Maintaining organized production areas

  • Assisting with material flow throughout the shop

Previous hands-on fin shop experience is essential for this position.

Production Leadership & Workflow

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift

  • Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling as required

  • Ability to safely handle production materials

  • Comfortable performing hands-on manufacturing work

  • Ability to work around industrial machinery and production equipment

  • Ability to maintain productivity throughout an extended night shift

  • Ability to wear all required PPE

Schedule & Pay

Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 3:00 AM

  • Base Pay: Starting at $25.00/hour

  • Night Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour

  • Total Starting Night Shift Pay: $27.00/hour

  • Additional base compensation may be available depending on experience
