Final Assembler
Key Responsibilities
Final Assembly
Perform final assembly tasks including:- Wiring harnesses
- LED lighting systems
- Tires and wheels
- Ramps and retaining rails
- Safety chains and couplers
- Decals and accessories
- Customer-specific options and components
Follow assembly instructions and procedures using the Proceed App
Verify specifications and customer options before completion
Quality Assurance
- Inspect completed product to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identify and correct defects before products leave the facility
- Coordinate with weld, paint, CAD, and leadership teams when issues arise
- Take ownership of the final appearance and functionality of eachproduct
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Properly utilize PPE and safety equipment
- Help contribute to a safe and positive workplace culture
Tools & Equipment
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, air tools, and shop equipment
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on tools as needed
- Report damaged or unsafe equipment promptly
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with welders, painters, shipping personnel, and leadership
- Assist fellow team members during high-demand production periods
- Help maintain production flow and customer deadlines
- Provide feedback and ideas for continuous improvement
Documentation
- Complete production checklists accurately
- Record modifications, repairs, and assembly progress properly
- Maintain organized documentation and communication throughout the process
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing, assembly, trailer, automotive, or welding experience is beneficial
- Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and move throughout the workday
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Working Conditions
Manufacturing environment with exposure to:- Power tools

Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and movement throughout the shift
