We are hiring Assembly Technicians in Durham, NC to support the build of power generation equipment. This is a full-time Day Shift position offering steady weekday hours, competitive pay starting at $19+ based on experience, and the opportunity to work on high-quality generator builds in a structured manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Strong mechanical aptitude and high attention to detail
• Basic electrical knowledge including wiring, routing, and component integration
• Experience assembling, rebuilding, or integrating mechanical and electrical subassemblies
• Ability to perform in-process and final inspections for alignment, fit, and overall build quality
• Troubleshooting skills to identify defects and resolve assembly issues
• Strong communication skills to support production flow and efficiency
• Physical ability to lift components and work in a manufacturing environment
