Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable Final Assembler to join a busy manufacturing team in Claremore. This position is responsible for assembling final components and completed products, performing quality inspections, and ensuring all finished assemblies meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
The ideal candidate has previous assembly experience, is mechanically inclined, and takes pride in producing quality work while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience required
Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to follow assembly instructions and work independently
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assemble final components and subassemblies according to work instructions and specifications
Inspect completed products to ensure accuracy, fit, and quality standards are met
Safely operate hand tools and power tools during assembly operations
Perform minor adjustments and repairs as needed to ensure product quality
Verify correct parts, materials, and hardware before final assembly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Meet daily production schedules and assembly goals
Report defective materials, equipment concerns, or quality issues to supervisors
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing or industrial assembly experience
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience reading assembly instructions or production drawings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a loud, non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment
Must wear required PPE, including hearing protection, safety glasses, safety boots, and respirators when required
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing and assembly facility
