Now Hiring: Assemblers – All Shifts

We are currently hiring several Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in the Winston-Salem/Kernersville area. Openings are available on all three shifts.
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Note: Candidates for 3rd shift must be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift.
Position Overview:
- Assembly line and production support
- Following work instructions and safety guidelines
- Standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related technical field
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Proficient in using hand tools, torque tools, and measurement devices
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing tasks involving standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a production environment with moderate noise and PPE requirements
