A Final Checker & Packer works in manufacturing under the guidance of the department supervisor as instructed. Performs tasks as required within the department, tasks are subject to change depending on the operational needs.
Location: Jefferson Park (CHICAGO)
First Shift - Monay - Friday 7am -3:30pm
Pay: $17.60/hour
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Counts pieces and parts to correspond with orders
- Packs pieces and parts into cartons and marks cartons with customer label
- Responsible for making sure customer receives the right number of pieces
- Responsible for making sure customer receives the order
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have full knowledge of company parts and part numbers
- 1-year minimum prior work experience
- Must have basic math skills along with good written and verbal communication
- Must be detail oriented (PLUS)
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
