Final Electrical QC Technician

About the Role

Our client in Dallas, TX is expanding into a brand-new electrical facility and is looking to bring on an experienced Final Electrical Quality Control Technician to join the team. This is a hands-on quality control role working with industrial control panels, motor control systems, and electrical assemblies before they ship to customers.

• Monday - Friday, 6 am - 2:30 pm + OT

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform the final quality control testing on industrial control panels and electrical systems

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

• Conduct High Pot (Hi-Pot) testing up to 480V power

• Inspect UL 508A industrial control panels

• Perform functional testing on control panels, breaker systems, and motor control systems

• Knowledge of NEMA enclosure requirements (BIG PLUS)

• Work with VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control components

What We're Looking For

• Strong industrial electrician background

• Experience with control panels, motor controls, breaker systems, and VFDs

• Ability to confidently read electrical schematics

• Experience performing high-pot testing & PLC troubleshooting, and program loading

• Familiarity with Allen-Bradley and Schneider PLCs

• Knowledge of UL 508A industrial control panels & NEMA enclosure requirements

• Understanding of PLCs and control systems
