We are looking for motivated sales professionals who are comfortable working remotely, speaking with prospective clients by phone, and guiding individuals through the life insurance application process.

Position Overview

As a Final Expense Sales Representative, you will work with prospective clients who are interested in learning more about life insurance and final expense coverage.

You will ask questions to better understand each client’s goals, explain available coverage options, and help clients complete applications for appropriate insurance products.

This role is designed for individuals who are organized, professional, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-focused sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients regarding final expense and life insurance coverage
• Conduct phone-based needs assessments
• Identify client goals, budgets, and coverage needs
• Explain available life insurance products in a clear and professional manner
• Present suitable coverage options based on individual needs and eligibility
• Assist clients throughout the insurance application process
• Follow up with clients during underwriting and policy processing
• Maintain accurate records of client conversations and sales activity
• Use company-supported sales systems and insurance carrier platforms
• Participate in ongoing sales training, product education, and team development
• Follow applicable state insurance laws, carrier requirements, and company compliance standards

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer License preferred or required based on role assignment
• Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable conducting remote sales conversations
• Ability to explain insurance concepts in an understandable way
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily activity
• Comfortable using web-based sales and insurance systems
• Coachable and willing to participate in ongoing training
• Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach to sales

Previous final expense or life insurance sales experience is preferred.
