We are seeking a Production Operator to work in a high-volume manufacturing environment, responsible for setting up, operating, and verifying machinery and processes to meet quality, safety, and production standards.
Responsibilities include reading shop orders, operating equipment, evaluating product quality, recording data, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and following safety protocols. Cross-training and understanding departmental sub-processes are encouraged.
Ideal candidates will have basic computer skills, the ability to read instructions, lift 10-50 pounds, and meet attendance requirements. Education beyond high school and manufacturing experience are preferred but not required.
