Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7 am-3:30 pm

Looking for Final Inspection and Packaging jobs in Tucson where accuracy and speed keep orders moving? This opportunity lets you pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment while helping customers receive the right items on time and in excellent condition. Responsible for completing final inspection and packaging of coated parts before shipment. Ensures parts meet quality requirements, quantities are correct, and customer packaging requirements are followed.

Job Duties

• Remove completed parts from fixtures.
• Perform final quality inspection.
• Verify parts and quantities.
• Oil and bag parts as required.
• Package completed orders for shipment.
• Complete required production entries.
• Report any quality, packaging, or order issues.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Final Inspection and Packaging.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
