Final Inspector – 2nd Shift
Pay: $16.00/hour + $2.00/hour Shift Premium
Location: Elkhart, IN
Hours: Training on 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM). After training, regular schedule is 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Pro Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Final Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment. Additional duties include completing inspection paperwork, assisting with packaging, and operating a forklift (training provided).
Responsibilities:
- Visually inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Load and unload parts for inspection
- Complete inspection paperwork and production records
- Move materials between inspection and packaging areas
- Assist with packaging as needed
- Follow work instructions and quality standards
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to read and use a tape measure and precision measuring tools
- Forklift experience preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills
