Final Inspector – 2nd Shift Pay: $16.00/hour + $2.00/hour Shift Premium Location: Elkhart, IN Hours: Training on 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM). After training, regular schedule is 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Pro Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Final Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment. Additional duties include completing inspection paperwork, assisting with packaging, and operating a forklift (training provided).
Responsibilities:
Visually inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Load and unload parts for inspection
Complete inspection paperwork and production records
Move materials between inspection and packaging areas
Assist with packaging as needed
Follow work instructions and quality standards
Maintain a safe and organized work area
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and quality
Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to read and use a tape measure and precision measuring tools
Forklift experience preferred (training provided)
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong communication skills
