Final Integration Assembler, Manufacturing Operations

Build with purpose. As a key contributor on our manufacturing floor, you’ll transform components into fully integrated, high-quality products. You’ll support back-end and box-build assembly in a high-velocity production environment, ensuring every unit meets our quality bar and ships on time.

How you’ll contribute

• Translate written/verbal instructions and visual diagrams into precise assemblies.
• Use torque drivers, hand tools, and hardware to complete box-build integrations.
• Pull and scan parts from bins, flow racks, and Kanban locations to stage work efficiently.
• Verify incoming materials and apply FIFO to keep inventory moving correctly.
• Maintain 5S standards—clean, organized, and production-ready work areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and material handling activities.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies without compromise.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned to support team goals.

Schedule options

• 12-hour shifts:
  • Day: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Night: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Rotating rhythm:
  • Week 1: 3 days on, 4 days off
  • Week 2: 4 days on, 3 days off (automatic 8 hours of overtime)

What helps you thrive here

• Previous assembly/manufacturing background (preferred).
• Confidence reading instructions and visual schematics.
• Experience with hand tools and small-component work.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a production setting.
• A keen eye for detail and unwavering quality focus.
