Job Description:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:
Conduct on site certifications and training across all Final Mile markets. Work closely with Driver Training and Dedicated Operations to ensure professional licensing and documentation compliance.
Ideal living location includes reasonable commuting distance of the I-55 and I-65 interstate highways to facilitate efficient travel throughout the assigned territory.

Salary range: $59,254/YR to $80,168/YR ***Pay Depends on Skill Level***
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required; additional education in a specialized field, such as a vocational/trade school, technical program, or two-year college degree, preferred. Must have a valid Class A CDL. Working knowledge of open deck operations, load securement practices, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations required. Logistically minded, with strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively train and support drivers in a variety of environments.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Shop environment where continuously exposed to several elements such as, noise, intermittent standing, walking; and occasional pushing, carrying, or lifting. Also, may have exposure at times to the outside weather elements.
