Quality Assurance Final Inspector – Medical Device Manufacturing
Location: West Chester, PA | Shift: 1st Shift (7:00am–3:30pm) | Full-Time | Onsite
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Final Inspector to join a precision medical device manufacturing company in a regulated ISO environment. This role is responsible for performing final inspections on finished medical device components to ensure all products meet internal specifications, customer requirements, and ISO quality standards prior to shipment.
Key responsibilities include conducting visual and dimensional inspections, identifying surface defects or non-conformances, reviewing inspection documentation, and using standard measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and comparators. The ideal candidate will have experience working in ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 manufacturing environments and possess basic blueprint reading skills.
Qualified candidates should have 1–2 years of manufacturing quality inspection experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Experience with final inspections, gage control, or calibration processes is a plus.
