We are seeking a Finance – Accountant I to support customer accounts, Accounts Receivable, billing, and collection activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with Excel and customer account management.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via email regarding account-related requests.
Assist customers with invoices and other requested items using defined programs.
Prepare customer statements.
Make outgoing calls regarding outstanding balances.
Professionally handle incoming customer calls.
Enter credits and adjustment transactions accurately.
Maintain accurate customer and financial records.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of Collections and/or Accounts Receivable experience.
1+ year of MS Office experience, especially Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional customer service skills.
