Finance Accounting Analyst

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a dynamic and strategic Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing, collaborative team. The role offers hybrid schedule, in the Saint Louis, MO area, competitive salary plus bonus, and comprehensive benefits package. This position is scheduled as hybrid, 3 days in the office.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to guide decision-making through financial insightsLead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processesDeliver analysis identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunitiesBuild financial models to support strategic initiatives and investmentsCollaborate cross-functionally to align financial and operational goalsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred5+ years of progressive finance experienceStrong background in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysisProven ability to influence stakeholders and drive business decisionsStrong commercial acumen and analytical mindsetAdvanced Excel and financial modeling expertiseExperience with reporting tools (e.g., Cognos or similar)Familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, and data systemsStrong presentation and communication skillsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
