You''ll be exposed to core accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting processes, and business operations while developing practical skills that can help jumpstart your career after graduation.

What You''ll Do

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Support invoice processing and payment tracking
• Help reconcile accounts and financial transactions
• Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Support budgeting and financial reporting projects
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management
• Organize and maintain accounting documentation
• Participate in special projects that support business operations

What We''re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a community college, college, or university
• Pursuing an Associate''s or Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Completed at least two semesters of coursework or currently enrolled as a Sophomore or higher
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework in Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, or Corporate Finance
• Experience with Excel functions, pivot tables, or financial analysis
• Previous work experience, internship, or student leadership involvement
