Finance & Accounting Internship

Clearwater, FL (On-Site) |Monday- Friday, 8am-4:30pm | Non-Exempt

Are you a recent graduate or finishing up your degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field? Join our team for a hands-on internship where you'll gain real-world experience in hospital finance operations.

• Must reside in FL*

Your role within the team:

• Maintain and monitor general ledger accounts and hospital statistics
• Prepare and analyze statistical and financial reports
• Reconcile hospital bank accounts
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation
• Support the development of annual operating budgets
• Manage the hospital's petty cash account
• Prepare sales tax returns
• Contribute to process improvements and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or near completion)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
