Job Description:

About the Role & Team

The Order-to-Cash organization supports critical global enterprise finance operations across Payment Operations, Fraud, Cash Application, Collections, Credit, and Direct-to-Consumer activities. This role sits at the center of business engagement for these functions, partnering with leaders and teams across Lines of Business and shared services to align priorities, strengthen operating discipline, and support effective stakeholder decision-making.

What You Will Do

You would be responsible for connecting operational teams with internal and external partners to drive consistency in policies, procedures, and controls while advancing strategic initiatives across the OTC landscape. A significant focus of the role is validating and maintaining key operational and performance metrics, developing and sustaining reports, and preparing recurring reporting packages that support stakeholder engagement meetings and executive discussions.

Success in this role requires strong cross-functional partnership, disciplined project management, and the ability to translate business needs into clear reporting, governance, and communication frameworks that improve visibility, accountability, and operational performance.

  • Business engagement across OTC functions
  • Serve as a key liaison across Payment Operations, Fraud, Cash Application, Collections, Credit, and DTC to align business priorities, operational needs, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Partner with internal and external Lines of Business to gather requirements, coordinate deliverables, and support issue resolution across interconnected OTC activities.
  • Support leadership with clear communications, recurring updates, and ad hoc analyses that inform operating decisions and stakeholder discussions.
  • Policies, procedures, and controls
  • Document, maintain, and enhance policies, standard operating procedures, and control frameworks that support OTC operations and stakeholder requirements.
  • Evaluate processes across teams to identify gaps, improve governance, and promote consistency in execution, reporting, and compliance with established controls.
  • Coordinate with business and functional partners to ensure procedural changes are communicated, implemented, and sustained effectively.
  • Project and initiative management
  • Manage and support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives impacting OTC operations, including planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and status reporting.
  • Drive coordination across operational, finance, and technical teams to advance priorities, escalate risks, and maintain alignment with leadership objectives.
  • Prepare concise summaries of initiative progress, risks, decisions, and next steps for stakeholder meetings and leadership reviews.
  • Reporting and metric validation
  • Lead validation of reporting metrics across OTC teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business definitions and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, and reporting packages used in stakeholder engagement meetings and executive reviews.
  • Analyze trends, variances, and exceptions across functions and translate findings into actionable insights for operational leaders and business partners.

Provide flexible support for leadership priorities and ad hoc requests that impact the performance, governance, and effectiveness of the OTC organization.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, business operations, project management, business engagement, or a related function supporting cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience managing initiatives that require coordination across operational, business, and support teams.
  • Strong ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple Lines of Business.
  • Experience developing, documenting, and maintaining policies, procedures, and control-related documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate data, reconcile reporting variances, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Proven capability in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and recurring reporting packages for leadership and stakeholder meetings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready materials and summarize complex topics clearly.
  • Working knowledge of project and initiative management, including risk tracking, milestone management, and follow-up on cross-functional deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and strong stakeholder service.

Preferred

  • Experience in Order-to-Cash, shared services, financial operations, or transformation environments with exposure to reporting governance, controls, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with OTC operations, process governance, executive reporting, or enterprise transformation programs.
  • PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar project, process improvement, and reporting certifications are a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, or related area.
