Responsibilities
- Lead daily transactional accounting operations: Oversee AP, AR, and payroll teams to ensure accurate, timely processing aligned with internal controls and workflows.
- Manage month-end close and reporting: Coordinate close activities and maintain performance dashboards tracking KPIs and team capacity.
- Drive continuous improvement and technology adoption: Identify process bottlenecks, lead automation and AI initiatives, and implement system enhancements to scale operations efficiently.
- Lead M&A integration efforts: Manage onboarding of acquired entities including ERP setup, data migration, and workflow alignment to ensure seamless operational transitions.
- Provide hands-on operational support and escalation management: Act as functional expert capable of stepping into transactional roles as needed and resolving complex issues independently
