We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Finance & Accounting Professional (CPA) for a permanent opportunity with an established Scottsdale company. This role is integral to the company’s financial health and growth, requiring a professional who can navigate financial systems, conduct comprehensive financial analysis, and improve processes. The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to financial activities, including forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

As a Finance & Accounting Professional, you will be expected to:

1. Develop and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
2. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and generate accurate financial reports.
3. Develop comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets to guide business decisions.
4. Analyze financial data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Collaborate with various departments to gather information necessary for financial planning and decision making.
6. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
7. Provide financial expertise to support strategic initiatives and business development.
8. Communicate financial information to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
9. Continually assess and improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance and accounting role, preferably in the sales industry.
4. Proficient in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
5. Strong knowledge of financial systems and process improvement.
6. Experience with month-end close and financial reporting procedures.
7. Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate complex financial data into understandable reports.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
9. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to drive financial success.
11. High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
