Job Title: Finance Accounts Payable (AP) Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Accounts Payable (AP) Program Manager to lead global AP transformation, process improvement, governance, and finance operations initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Finance Operations, Shared Services, and Program Management. The candidate will work with Finance, Procurement, Business, IT, and Vendor teams to improve AP processes, controls, automation, and overall operational efficiency.

• Lead end-to-end AP transformation and finance process improvement programs.
• Manage program scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive AP and P2P process standardization and automation.
• Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, payment runs, exceptions, reconciliations, and AP aging.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
• Improve invoice processing time, accuracy, cost, and touchless processing.
• Manage vendor relationships, escalations, payment disputes, and supplier issues.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, GAAP/IFRS, and audit requirements.
• Lead finance technology initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow, RPA, OCR, and AI-based AP automation.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Track AP performance metrics such as invoice cycle time, payment accuracy, first-pass yield, cost per invoice, and vendor satisfaction.
• Lead global/multi-country AP transformation and shared-services initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of Finance & Accounting experience.
• At least 5 years of Accounts Payable leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of Program/Project Management experience.
• Strong experience with AP and P2P processes.
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation / AP Transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Shared Services / GBS operations.
• Experience with vendor and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of SOX, financial controls, audit, and compliance.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or Oracle Financials.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Coupa or SAP Ariba.
• AP automation, OCR, RPA, workflow, or AI-driven invoice processing.
• Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel.
• Global or multi-country AP operations.
• Finance transformation and ERP transformation programs.
• M&A integration experience.
• Experience working in Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services environments.
• MBA, CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
