FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Location: Poughkeepsie
Hours: Monday Friday 9am- 1pm 20 hours a week
Payrate: $22.00hr
Job Type: Temp to Perm
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for timely and accurate gift and data entry of the Foundations:
- Enter and report all gifts and payments received by the organization on a daily basis, following processes; generate reports from the database and combine all relevant documentation received with the gifts and payments;
- email gift log reports to all staff by the end of day. Create new, system profiles as needed, and quality check all staff created profiles weekly.
- Generate all acknowledgment letters for review by Development team and CEO signature. Assist Finance Department with other tasks as needed.
