Job Overview:
This position will support the manual invoicing and payments team within Global Accounts Payable. The role involves manual invoice processing, ACH/NOC research, and other projects as they arise. The ideal candidate will have an accounting background, experience with ERP systems, and a strong attention to detail to ensure quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Process manual invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct ACH/NOC research and resolve payment-related issues.
• Review and validate invoices to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality control standards in a high-volume production environment.
• Collaborate with the Global Accounts Payable team to support various projects.

• Accounting experience with knowledge of AUs/GLs and different legal entities.
• Proficiency in working in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Knowledge of electronic payments, including ACH and wire transfers.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Peoplesoft (preferred) or other ERP tools.

Pay Range: $40 - $42/hr on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
