The Financial Analyst, Brooks Brothers will support and assist the FP&A team with day-to-day financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and providing actionable business insights. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze performance trends, identify key drivers, and support informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:• Assist with preparation and review of the annual budget and monthly forecasts in partnership with business stakeholders
• Perform detailed actual vs. plan/forecast variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance
• Prepare and maintain recurring financial and operational reports to provide insights to leadership
• Support development and enhancement of reporting tools, processes, and dashboards
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly reporting packages for enterprise finance
• Support capital project tracking and financial reporting
• Provide detailed sales and performance reporting
• Partner with business stakeholders to anticipate needs and support ad hoc analyses and special projects
• Assist with system and process improvements, including reporting systems (e.g., OneStream, Oracle)
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across finance and business teams
• Experience:
1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related field
• Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, OneStream) preferred
• Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
• Communication:
Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to present data clearly to stakeholders
• Organization & Execution:
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
• Business Partnership:
Demonstrates initiative and ability to build relationships and support business decision-making
