The City of Independence is looking for a Finance Analyst for Independence Power and Light. The IPL Finance Analysts responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from college with a bachelors degree in accounting, finance, Public or Business Administration, or related field AND Three years of progressively responsible experience performing above and related duties OR an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Must complete required NIMS level training within the first six months of hire.

Working Conditions
While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, talk, or hear, and lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The incumbents working conditions are typically moderately quiet.
