Direct Counsel represents an Am Law 100 firm seeking a Senior Finance Associate to join its Finance Group in Westchester County, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance attorney to handle sophisticated lending transactions with significant client responsibility.

Position Highlights

• Represent lenders in syndicated and bilateral credit transactions
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements and related finance documents
• Experience across various asset classes
• Strong background in secured lending transactions

• New York Bar admission required

Compensation & Benefits

$250,000–$300,000 annually, depending on experience and other factors.
