Job Description
Accounts Payable
- Process and code invoices
- Manage vendor payments
- Maintain AP records
- Handle approximately 15-20 invoices per week
Accounts Receivable
- Support collections activities
- Post customer payments
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Monitor outstanding balances
General Accounting Support
- Account reconciliations
- Financial record maintenance
- Administrative accounting support
- Assist with accounting process improvements
- Help establish best practices as the company grows
Systems
- Work within Oracle NetSuite
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Support day-to-day accounting operations

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have hands-on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing business with minimal supervision. They will be able to start a new role relatively quickly, have experience working within an ERP system (NetSuite highly preferred), and be interested in a temp-to-hire opportunity while working within a four-day onsite environment.
