Description:
- Client is looking for an associate with at least three years of substantive fund finance/structured finance experience.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with a broad spectrum of banks, private funds and asset managers in fund finance and structured finance transactions and leading significant portions of those transactions.
- Experience with subscription facilities, NAV lines, leverage facilities and CLOs at a large law firm is preferred.
- We will consider candidates for our Chicago, New York, and Charlotte offices. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
