???? Ideal Candidate Profile
4–8+ years of sophisticated finance experience
Background from an AmLaw, elite boutique, or peer-level firm
Strong drafting, deal management, and client-facing skills
Ability to run transactions independently with limited supervision
Interest in working with major financial institutions and sponsor clients
