Position Details:

Finance BSA Sr Developer-Redmond WA
Location :Redmond,WA

Project Duration : 7 months (Contract to Hire)

Pay Rate : $45 - $50 an hour on W2

Position Summary:

Senior Oracle Finance Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance, Oracle Projects, and Vertex Tax Integration.

Functional Skills:

• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Financials.
• In-depth knowledge of General Ledger, AR.
• Strong experience with Oracle Projects and financial accounting processes.
• Experience supporting Vertex tax integration and tax compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of financial controls, reconciliations and reporting processes.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS Interfaces, APIs, Open Interfaces.
• Ability to support and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle EBS and external applications.
• Experience analyzing technical issues, reviewing logs, and working with development teams to resolve complex problems.
• Familiarity with deployment, release management, and change control processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading multiple Oracle EBS R12 implementations, upgrades, or support engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CA, or Oracle certifications are preferred.

Required Experience:

• 12-15 years of Oracle EBS R12 Finance experience.
• At least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Finance implementations.
• Proven experience in support, enhancement, upgrade, and transformation projects.

Deliverables:

• Lead and support Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Support Oracle Projects modules, including Project Accounting, Project Costing, and Project Billing.
• Manage and support Vertex tax integration with Oracle EBS R12 to ensure accurate tax determination and compliance.
• Drive business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and process optimization initiatives.
• Lead production support, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and enhancement activities.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, coordinate testing/UAT, and support implementation and upgrade projects.

Mandatory Skills:

• Oracle SQL and PL/SQL 12 years
• Oracle EBS Interfaces, APIs, Open Interfaces 12 years
• Oracle EBS R12 Financials 12 years
