Finance & Business Analyst

Each Corporate Stays property is designed and furnished by our sister company Casa Suarez, following five-star hospitality standards to provide guests with the comfort of a real home. With a network of more than 10,000 apartments across hundreds of cities and a global team of over 60 specialists, we provide a full-service corporate housing experience that includes concierge services and worldwide guest support. Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports. Analyze revenue, profitability, expenses, cash flow, and financial performance. Monitor KPIs across multiple business units. Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis. Build financial models and forecasts. Support budgeting and strategic planning.

Business Analysis

Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to increase profitability. Prepare executive dashboards and management reports. Evaluate pricing, occupancy, booking channels, customer segments, and operational performance. Conduct market and competitor research. Present recommendations to senior management.

Artificial Intelligence & Process Improvement

Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity. Research new AI tools and recommend innovative business applications. Help automate reporting, financial analysis, and repetitive workflows. Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology.

Cross-Functional Support

Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Executive Leadership. Support special projects, business cases, and strategic initiatives. Ensure financial data accuracy and consistency across reports.

Qualifications Required

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or Business Analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Professional written and spoken English. High attention to detail. Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely. Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity.

Preferred

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio. Basic knowledge of SQL. Experience in hospitality, real estate, SaaS, or technology companies. Familiarity with ERP or accounting software. Experience with automation tools is an advantage.
