Responsibilities: Strategic Business Partnering

• Immerse yourself in our operations to uncover opportunities that will inject value and dynamism into every corner of our organization.
• Propel process enhancements and champion financial insight across departments, turning complex data into actionable strategies.
• Design and refine financial models to track the latest trends, evaluate initiatives, and conduct essential ad-hoc analyses. Leadership in Financial Planning
• Spearhead our financial planning efforts by orchestrating the development and implementation of our annual and bi-annual budgets alongside business leaders.
• Develop and maintain advanced forecasting models to predict financial trajectories with precision.
• Continuously align our financial strategies with company priorities through meticulous budget reviews and adjustments. Operational Efficiency Mastery
• Forge strong partnerships with operational teams to fine-tune financial reporting, manage budgets effectively, and deliver key business metrics.
• Manage and clarify expense variances, refine forecasts, and communicate changes and insights to stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with Finance and Accounting to enhance forecasting accuracy and provide pivotal insights to top management. Minimum Qualifications:
• Experienced Professional: Experience in financial management within dynamic sectors such as tech, e-commerce, or monetization, ideally with managerial responsibilities spanning multiple regions.
• Strategic Leader: Demonstrated ability to guide, influence, and enhance financial and operational outcomes through insightful partnership.
• Technically Proficient: Advanced capabilities in financial modeling, data analysis, and software tools like Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Communicative & Strategic: Outstanding ability to communicate complex information clearly and influence decision-making processes. A proactive, detail-oriented thinker who thrives both independently and within diverse teams.
• Moderate fluency communication skills in both Mandarin and English are required. The role will be working with systems, reading technical documents and communicating with China and Non-China markets in Mandarin and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Global Perspective: Experience in multinational corporations, adept at navigating various cultural landscapes and operational scales.
• Certification: Credentials such as CPA or MBA are highly esteemed.
