Salary: $120,000–$170,000

Finance Business Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate financial results, business trends, risks, and opportunities to support leadership decision-making
• Own key budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and financial planning activities
• Assess client pricing, rates, discounts, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams on billing, collections, revenue performance, and financial initiatives
• Analyze vendor agreements, renewals, pricing structures, and overall financial terms
• Act as a trusted financial and strategic partner to senior leadership
• Develop recommendations to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and business processes
• Prepare financial analysis and presentations for executive-level discussions and strategic initiatives
• Manage important vendor relationships and support broader operational priorities
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects across the organization

Finance Business Manager Qualifications:
• 10+ years of progressive experience across finance, FP&A, business management, or a related area
• Strong understanding of P&Ls, financial reporting, expense management, and business performance
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analytical decision support
• Ability to turn complex financial information into clear, actionable business insights
• Strong communication skills and executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
