    Description

    Piper Companies is seeking a Finance Business Partner (FP&A) to support commercial performance within the consumer products industry. The Finance Business Partner (FP&A) plays a critical role in partnering with Sales & Marketing leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive profitability, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify revenue opportunities. The Finance Business Partner (FP&A) is a full time role with the company and requires you to work on site 2 days per week in Greensboro, NC.

    Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner (FP&A):

    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for FMC P&Ls, CAPEX, and Net Working Capital.
    • Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and ROI evaluation.
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Insights, People & Culture, and R&D to support data‑driven decisions.
    • Analyze volume, pricing, mix, COGS, and A&P spend; explain variances and recommend actions.
    • Develop standardized reporting packages and KPIs to improve visibility and accountability.
    • Drive continuous improvement through process standardization, automation, and improved data visualization (Power BI, Power Query).

    Requirements of the Finance Business Partner (FP&A):

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a related role.
    • Prior experience in a Manufacturing or Consumer Products Environment
    • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
    • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    Compensation for the Finance Business Partner (FP&A):

    • •$150,000 - $170,000 base salary
