Finance Controller

In this role, you will lead financial oversight for our manufacturing facilities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Key duties include analyzing financial outcomes, preparing management insights, and generating cost of goods sold (COGS) reports. You will also oversee monthly balance sheet reconciliations and manage forecasts, budgets, and financial reports. Your expertise will ensure legal compliance, risk management, and audit controls. You'll coordinate with external and internal auditors, manage inventory assessments, and oversee cost rolls. Additionally, you'll guide warranty and price accruals accounting, address taxation matters, and provide budget reviews. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, is skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and possesses a thorough understanding of US GAAP. With over 5 years in a controller position and 10 years in manufacturing accounting, a CPA or MBA certification is preferred. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
