Finance Coordinator

Finance Coordinator Remote Across CanadaSkills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of billing processes and practices (e.g., invoicing, payment posting).Proficiency in financial or billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or custom software).Familiarity with regulatory compliance (HIPAA).Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle large volumes of transactions.Strong mathematical and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills.Problem solving abilities to resolve discrepancies with invoicing or accounts.Responsibilities:Generating and sending invoices to customers or clients.Reviewing and reconciling billing data.Addressing customers' or clients' inquiries.Monitoring aged receivables and contacting clients for collection.Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and guidelines.Education & Experience:High school diploma or GED (minimum); associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is often preferred.Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar financial role (1-3 years typically required).Fluent in English mandatory, Spanish and German strongly preferred.
